end of 2oo7

seems like there's a number of ppl doing some summary of their 2007... maybe i shld join in too.. hahhaa.. oh well.. nah.. doubt i will... aint much to talk about for tis year.. too fast.. too little tings.. too reserved.. nonetheless, shall talk abit about my new year resolution i set for 2007 since its gona be up in another 2 to 3 days...

no soccer betting... KEPT
glad tat i managed to survive thru tis resolution.. hahaha.. actually it isnt tat hard la.. with me being in army n all.. pretty much detached frm epl alr.. only time really felt the itch was about once or twice when ppl talking about sharing bet etc.. other den tat aint tat attracted to betting on soccer anymore.. maybe i'll start buying 4d n toto so tat someday i may become rich too.. hahahaa.. for now not yet.. no nid to be rich yet.. hahaha..

weight of below 85kg... BROKEN
okie.. its only my fault tat i din managed to achieve tis resolution.. i started the year as per normal.. no increased training or excerises.. no decreased intake of food n etc.. end up go army still same weight of 99kg... at bmt oso din lose much.. went sispec arnd 95kg... at sispec the many runs evry wk made me c a quick drop in my weight.. 3wks can drop till 92 alr... den after tat implement my Mission L5 to pass my ippt n now i take more care of wad i eat n how much i eat.. i make it a point to remove chicken skin b4 eating now k.. last time evry wk go eat the kfc dunoe eaten how much fats frm tat skin.. now its a rarity alr.. even boiled chicken oso no skin liao.. hahaha.. as of the most recent weight take, weighed 89.9kg.. y i din bother to round up to 90kg is coz its been like about 6yrs since i've seen a 8-digit for my weight!! hahaha.. doubt it'll hit 85 within tis 2 days so i guess i juz gotta try harder nxt year... all the way to my ideal weight of 80kg!!!

again tis resolution was pretty much like the first... initially abit difficult bud once army kicked in, no problem alr.. evry time they training i on tekong or jurong.. wan to join back in oso canot.. hahaha.. n now, all the more no feeling alr.. hahaha.. not tat bad la.. juz tat no urge to be so involved anymore.. time has passed, they hav moved on, so y shldnt i.. thou at times frm the tings i observe frm the army, i do get the tinking of someday committing myself to come up wif a complete admin system of all the training plans, syllabus, manuals n etc for them.. especially as i've failed to do such tings when i was a training head, n even when as instructor.. bud the resources i will nid n the effort.... its juz not possible to do so alone..
btw, the 5 flowers none joining hq?? not say disappointed, bud i did haboured hopes of seeing a few of u join hq as much as i'm not a member of hq.. oh well.. evryone decides for their own lives, so i'm fine wif whichever u ppl choose..

apparently tis one i failed la.. guess i didnt try hard enuf.. hahaha.. bud at least i can be comforted by the fact tat they both hav at one point or another gone for a holiday.. thou not tgt.. n not paid by me... hahaha.. papa went france wif meimei in june to visit my elder sis... den recently juz last week mama went batam wif elder sis for 2 days to "holiday".. oh well.. guess i shld juz start planning long term for nxt yr's resolution.. the overall aim is to save up 10k by 2010 to giv to my parents.. reason is my papa will turn 60 tat yr n since his 50th bday was juz like any other bday, i hope tat he might be able to hav a mini dinner for his frens n maybe our relatives for his 60th.. any leftover or wad maybe can get them to go holiday tgt or sumting.. by then c how ba.. bud tat 10k shld b possible one la.. provided i stop anyhow spending my $ as a NSF.. hahaha

learn and grow.... KEPT & BROKEN
okie.. i put tis as both becoz it seriously is a very perspective point.. how one defines learn n how another defines grow might hav many differences.. bud personally hav i learnt? maybe slightly.. grow?? slightly more.. bud i guess since the end of 2006 i was alr gg thru a learning n growing phase.. 2007 was juz the last bits of it.. having said tat, it doesnt mean army has done nth for me so far either.. learnt some stuffs about life.. certain opinions on life might hav slightly altered.. no longer tink so much about being natural n nature all tat stuff.. simply coz i no longer hav tat much time to wonder about such stuffs.. hahaha.. miss being at east coast park sitting on the bench looking at the sea.. listening to songs.. feeling the breeze.. oh well.. gona be hard to get tat nowadays since i'm only free on wkends n it'll be crowded...


okie la.. done. 50% achieved. not tat bad.. bud could hav been beta.. nxt yr's resolutions shall be even more purposeful n i shall try to strive more towards keeping them.. yet to come up wif them.. bud more or less in my head alr.. maybe mon or tue den blog about them.. or wheneva the nxt time i feel like blogging ba.. hahaha.. till then, take care evrybody.
